OUR STORY

Tubby's Smokin' Q Was founded in 2007. I had started judging BBQ contests in 2005. I took my dad and my youngest brother to a couple of competitions I was judging. Some how out of that it was suggested that we start our own team and compete. I reluctantly agreed and we started a competition BBQ team. From that we were asked if we could cook for a few friends when we were not competing. We have been getting more request to cook at bigger events. So we started the catering part of our competition team. Our advertising has just been by word of mouth. It has worked out well for us. Since it is a family business, we get to spend a lot of time with family. It has been an exciting journey.
